We're Lagniappe IT, a Mandeville-based IT company serving businesses across St. Tammany Parish. We work with CPA firms, law offices, title companies, insurance agencies, and healthcare practices from Mandeville and Covington to Slidell and Madisonville.

What Esprit controls is the knowledge store. Your company history, client records, and internal decisions live on dedicated hardware we manage, not in any AI company's cloud. Esprit feeds that context into your team's AI tools automatically, but the AI tools themselves work the same way they always did.

If you need fully isolated AI where nothing goes beyond our infrastructure (common for healthcare, legal, or firms handling sensitive matters), Esprit includes a built-in AI assistant powered by locally hosted models. It runs entirely on the hardware we manage for you, no outside connections of any kind. That's the option for clients where full isolation is a hard requirement.

Your data lives on dedicated hardware we own and operate out of our offices in Mandeville, Louisiana. Not in Amazon's cloud, not in Microsoft's data centers, not on shared infrastructure with strangers. Your environment is isolated from every other client we serve, and we are the only ones who ever touch that hardware. You own it, contractually. We guarantee a full export of your knowledge base within 5 business days of cancellation, in standard portable formats. Core and Professional plans require 30 days' written cancellation notice. Enterprise plans require 90 days' notice or cancellation at end of term. Your data is never held hostage.

Standard deployments typically take 5–10 business days from signed agreement to first employees using the system. Priority onboarding (5 business day go-live target) is available for $1,500. Enterprise deployments with custom integrations take 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
